Renting our space
The Music Cafe at Brandon Music is available for your private event. Whether you wish to organise a family party, business meeting. concert or social event, our quiet and beautiful surroundings could be right for you. In good weather guests may also enjoy our gardens and other facilities.
We have recently hosted a bridal shower, chess tournament, children's parties and several music concerts, and are a regular meeting point for a book club, chess club and knitting circle. The photo shows a Brandon Chamber of Commerce social mixer.
Private events. Our basic hire charge for the music cafe is $75 per hour, $350 for a full day. We will customise a quote for you including these options:
staff attendance (at least one staff member must be present)
piano hire / tuning
catering
flowers and decoration
These charges assume full use of the space so that the cafe cannot be open to the public during the event. No charge is made for small groups who wish to meet in the cafe (and purchase food & drinks) whilst it is open. Please note: maximum number of attendees is 50.
