Chinese New Year Dinner

Friday, February 16, 6:00-8:00pm

Chef Vicky Regia crafts a five course Chinese dinner which will be a relaxed two-hour experience:

 

•  Congee (rice porridge soup) with shiitake, garlic, sesame, Chinese herbs, seafood and century egg (Vegetarian option: no seafood)
•  Smoked duck & Pomelo salad with ginger sesame dressing (Vegetarian option: marinated tofu)
•  Chinese braised pork ribs in Shaoxing wine with roasted Chinese pumpkins and steamed gai lan, served with multi-mixed grain rice (Vegetarian option: Soy braised wild mushrooms with roasted chestnuts and lotus roots)
•  Longevity noodles (Lamian/hand pulled noodles) with lap cheong, shrimp, vegetables and chives flowers (Vegetarian option: no meat)
•  ‘Bird's nest' dessert (Shredded agar in sweet ginger tea with longan fruits)


$45 per person.
